Get your Science Journalism News

Aside from news about the associations themselves, a few publications
provide information that non-members can use or that shed light
on hot issues in the realm of science communication. They include
:
SEJournal

Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ). Contains analyses
full of tips for successful reporting. A goldmine of ideas for
reporters. Quarterly, by subscription.

Science Writers
The newsletter of the
U.S. National Association of Science Writers (NASW). Quarterly,
32 pages. Includes analyses of recent scientific reports. For
members only.

Science Writers Association (CSWA). News about science in
Canada and science journalism. Quarterly, free access.

L'Omniscient

Yet to keep up with the issues, schedules or scholarship
programs, the best sources are now news groups or mailing lists
: the NASW and SEJ ones are particularly resourceful.
